The hotel has a perfect location in the Heart of Prague Old Town and is wonderful at the center of the old city. The rooms are comfortable, but there is some noise from the busy square early in the morning. The service is friendly, but there were a few instances where it wasn't as helpful and polite. The hotel's dining experience is okay, but the breakfast could be improved. The location is fabulous near pubs, restaurants, and stores, with easy access to key attractions. The price is reasonable for what you get overall.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Prague, close to all the main sights. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and cozy, offering everything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel's quite big with a safe lock and offers a view of a courtyard that has aeration systems from nearby restaurants and hotels. The room was cleaned to perfection, except for the last day, when they only changed the towels.
